This drink is based on the Jungle Bird and uses pineapple liqueur instead of pineapple juice. It will particularly appeal to lovers of slightly bitter, fruity drinks. 

Ingredients for the Jungle Doctor cocktail:

• 50ml Big Kahuna Gin or Big Kahuna 0.0
• 20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 25ml Rinomato Scuro
• 40ml pineapple liqueur
• Garnish: dried pineapple

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe and garnish with the dried pineapple.
