Ingredients

• 60ml Big Kahuna Gin
• 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 25ml pineapple juice
• 15ml orgeat syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• Garnish: Maraschino cherries

Preparation:

Add Big Kahuna Gin, lime juice, pineapple juice and orgeat syrup into a shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice cubes, add Peychaud‘s Bitters and garnish with Maraschino cherries.
