The Big Kahuna Fizz refines a classic gin fizz recipe with coconut water! A fruity drink that also succeeds with the alcohol-free Big Kahuna 0.0!

Ingredients

• 60ml Big Kahuna Gin or Big Kahuna 0.0
• 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 20ml simple syrup
• 50ml coconut water
• Soda water
• Garnish: pineapple

Preparation:

Add Big Kahuna, lime juice, simple syrup and coconut water into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a highball glass on fresh ice, top with soda water and add a pineapple garnish.
